Runic Command Line

Runic Command Line generates NativeAOT-ready commands from ordinary typed C# methods. Help, validation, completion, environment fallbacks and shared options work in standalone tools and hosted Runic applications. Add Runic.CommandLine.Spectre for styled help, progress and prompts; machine output remains structured and predictable.
