Runic Application

Runic Application uses explicit partial Window and View types to connect scoped .NET ViewModels to ordinary TypeScript clients and framework components. The browser framework owns rendering; .NET constructs each logical View and owns its model and operation lifetime.

Scope

Scope and boundaries

  • Does not own UI languages, flow, command-line parsing, localization, or assets
  • Requires explicit Window and View contracts; it does not discover ViewModels by a legacy marker
  • Rendering frameworks own the visual tree; .NET owns logical Views and their ViewModel scopes
